Responsibilities

• Support clients with all aspects of home and community life.
• Ensure consistent safety for clients.
• Provide a healthy and professional friendship environment.
• Help clients maintain personal hygiene and dressing routines.
• Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments.
• Assist with shopping, cooking, and cleaning tasks.
• Organize consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Driver's license required and reliable transportation.
• Proof of insurance.
• At least 18 years old.
• Submit a letter from a person and/or employer verifying experience.

Qualifications

• Passionate about serving others.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confident and able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Willing to grow and contribute to a team and make a positive impact.
• Experience working with disabilities is preferred but not required.
