Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Feldbusintegration für Lasersysteme

Responsibilities

• Realization of a fieldbus slave based on a System-on-Module (SoM)
• Integration and commissioning of the fieldbus slave with a master, e.g., via CODESYS
• Hardware integration of a sensor and connection of a microcontroller to the SoM
• Programming of the application processor for sensor data evaluation

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Good knowledge in embedded software development with C/C++
• Initial experience with microcontrollers, ideally STM32 or comparable
• Basic knowledge of digital interfaces such as I²C, SPI, UART, GPIO, or Ethernet
• Proficiency in reading datasheets and circuit diagrams
• Ideally, initial experience with EtherCAT or PROFINET
