Werkstudent (m/w/d) Einkauf

Responsibilities

• Request and collect quotes from our suppliers
• Compare received quotes and create comparison reports to support purchasing decisions
• Place orders for materials and services
• Monitor delivery dates and follow up independently
• Maintain purchasing-specific master data in SAP
• Review supplier invoices and handle complaints as well as returns
• Support the purchasing team with administrative and organizational tasks in daily operations

Requirements

• Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Independent, structured work style with a high sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office
