About the role

The restaurant manager will work alongside the GM to lead our team by example—especially by maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high ratio of return customers by ensuring excellent service
• Practice and maintain safety for both our guests and employees
• Help team members develop and acquire greater work skills
• Support our GM executing marketing programs to meet/exceed sales targets
• Maintain open communication with the General Manager
• Manage orders, inventory, scheduling, and staffing
• Coach employees in all aspects of sales
• Address guest complaints in a timely, appropriate manner

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Ability to hire, coach, and develop employees to build a strong, cohesive team
• Outgoing, customer-focused personality
• Strong computer and POS skills
• Ability to work well with others

Qualifications

Some experience working in a fine dining establishment preferred.
