Role Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and proofread Welsh language content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Translate written materials from English to Welsh and vice versa, adhering to project guidelines and deadlines.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to provide linguistic insights and support on Welsh language usage and best practices.
• Contribute to the creation of Welsh language resources, glossaries, and documentation.
• Offer guidance and feedback on tone, style, and appropriateness of Welsh communications.
• Conduct quality assurance on Welsh language projects to uphold consistency and excellence.

Requirements

• Have native or near-native fluency in Welsh, with an excellent command of both written and spoken forms.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Have proven experience in translation, localization, or content editing in Welsh.
• Have a strong understanding of Welsh language norms, idioms, and cultural references.
• Be able to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating reliability and time management.
