WellView Field Advisor

Join our dynamic team as a WellView Field Advisor and play a vital role in optimizing drilling and completions operations through expert application support and training. This position serves as a subject matter expert, empowering field and office teams while ensuring data integrity and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a WellView SME, providing guidance on application functionality, workflows, and industry best practices.
• Deliver comprehensive WellView training sessions to personnel across multiple locations.
• Support new employee onboarding and maintain training records.
• Conduct ongoing training to enhance user proficiency and adoption.
• Create and update training materials, user guides, and quick reference documents.
• Assist with data standardization initiatives, including library picklists and recurring costs development.
• Support reporting, query development, and data extraction requests.
• Collaborate closely with operations, analysts, and technical teams to ensure high‑quality, standardized well data.
• Provide 24/7 WellView support, including some backup for IT support.

Required Skills

• Strong technical expertise with the WellView application suite, including data management, reporting, and query building.
• Solid knowledge of drilling and completions operations.
• Experience or understanding of Well Servicing Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently with high initiative.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift and be available for call outs.
• Proficiency in using computers with exceptional communication skills.

Nice To Have Skills

• Prior experience in WellView training or user support.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to well data.
• Experience with data standardization and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Relevant technical or operational background preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar WellView or technical support role preferred.

Other Requirements

• Must be flexible to travel, with travel days paid (two travel days per rotation).

Pay

Hourly Pay Rate: $62.74 per hour.
Mileage reimbursement at $1.00 per mile.

Schedule

Ability to work on a 14/14 rotation schedule, working 84 hours per week.
Minimum 12‑month commitment, with opportunities for extension.
