Wellstar Spalding - Full-Time - CRNA

About the role

High level of autonomy - no medical direction. TEAM PLAYERS wanted, willing to train up on certain skills if you are willing to learn! OB/OR working independently with MD supervising.

Responsibilities

• Perform anesthesia procedures under the supervision of a physician
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Monitor patient's condition during and after anesthesia
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Manage emergency situations as needed

Requirements

• Current Georgia RN license
• Current Georgia CRNA license
• Completion of an accredited CRNA program
• At least 3 years of anesthesia experience
• Experience in Obstetric Anesthesia preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for patient care

• Proficient in anesthesia techniques
• Skilled in managing obstetric anesthesia
• Effective in crisis management

Pay

$200K - $365K Base

$39,000 Additional income for call (must be OB proficient)

$25K SRNA stipend

Incentives & Sign on Bonus, Annual $40K Retention Bonus, End of Year Bonus Offered

Schedule

M-F 7a-3p (call starts at 3p till 7a). Sat/Sun 24hr call (a CRNA & MD will be on call at the same time; CRNA will be primary)
