Responsibilities
- Take orders and make precise change
- Serve mouthwatering food with enthusiasm to ensure absolute guest satisfaction
- Packaging menu items for dine-in and carryout, checking for top-notch quality and consistency
- Prepare delicious drinks and ice cream treats, responsibly carding and serving alcoholic beverages with care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by handling everything from trash disposal to sanitizing food areas
- Aid in various kitchen areas to ensure seamless operations
- Deliver prompt service, stock stations, and complete side tasks with energy and dedication
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality
- Extreme attention to detail, multitasking skills, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Friendly personality with a dedication to customer service and a willingness to exceed guest satisfaction standards
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures with Servsafe Certification being a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform alcoholic beverage service
