Responsibilities

• Take orders and make precise change
• Serve mouthwatering food with enthusiasm to ensure absolute guest satisfaction
• Packaging menu items for dine-in and carryout, checking for top-notch quality and consistency
• Prepare delicious drinks and ice cream treats, responsibly carding and serving alcoholic beverages with care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by handling everything from trash disposal to sanitizing food areas
• Aid in various kitchen areas to ensure seamless operations
• Deliver prompt service, stock stations, and complete side tasks with energy and dedication

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality
• Extreme attention to detail, multitasking skills, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Friendly personality with a dedication to customer service and a willingness to exceed guest satisfaction standards
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures with Servsafe Certification being a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Must be 18 years of age or older to perform alcoholic beverage service
