Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly face taking orders, making precise change, and serving food with enthusiasm to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Package menu items for dine-in and carryout, ensuring top-notch quality and consistency.
• Prepare drinks and ice cream treats, including responsibly carding and serving alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by handling trash disposal and sanitizing food areas.
• Assist in various kitchen areas with knowledge of menu items to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver prompt service through teamwork and communication while stocking stations and completing side tasks.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality.
• Extreme attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly personality dedicated to exceeding guest satisfaction standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures; ServSafe Certification is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older to perform alcoholic beverage service.
