Wellness Supervisor (LVN) - FT 2pm-10pm

Vitality Living is seeking a Wellness Supervisor at their Vitality Living Preston Hollow Community. This is a full-time position with a shift of 2 pm - 10 pm, days.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises staff in order to maximize resident care initiatives
• Ensures schedules are present in the timekeeping system of record
• Covers for team members during absences and coordinates time off
• Maintains and administers medications according to state guidelines
• Assists with activities of daily living and trains new team members
• Trains and in-services current team members
• Promotes positive employee relations and leads engagement and recognition initiatives
• Performs assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and recommend service plans

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Registered Nurse, LPN, or LVN in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in health or human services or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years in a similar position in skilled nursing, home health, and/or rehabilitation centers serving older adults
• Maintain current professional license (RN, LPN, or LVN), current CPR certification, and any other required certifications

• Ability to professionally and compassionately communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
