Wellness Studio Associate (Sales, Service & Guest Experience)

About the role

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual who brings a strong work ethic and a positive, welcoming presence to the studio. In this role, you’ll help create a clean, elevated environment while supporting guests from start to finish—delivering excellent customer service and confidently introducing them to our memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by name and with enthusiasm
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
• Sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. MindBody software experience is a plus!
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Provide consistent, top-notch customer service
• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
• Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Assist with administrative duties such as database entry and membership assistance

Requirements

• General availability, including weekends
• Current Job Location: 410 S Rampart Blvd, Suite 175, Las Vegas NV 89145
• Studio Hours: Monday – Friday (7am – 8pm), Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm)

Qualifications

• Sales - 1+ Year
• Customer Service - 1+ Year
• Experience working in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus, however we are willing to train the right candidate.

$12.00 - $13.00 per hour + Commission Eligible Pay + Free IR Sauna Sessions!
