What You'll Be Up To
- Chatting with customers and helping them find the right wellness products
- Running the cash register and navigating tablets/tech like a pro
- Keeping the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready to impress
- Lifting, moving, kneeling, and squatting—we call it “paid exercise”
- Sharing product knowledge and making smart suggestions (hello, upsells!)
- Contributing to team goals and high-fiving when we hit them
- Opening and closing the store (like a boss)
- Joining lunch-and-learns (yep, free food + wellness education = winning)
- Attending the occasional fun community event to promote NHC
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Passion for wellness and nutrition
- Excellent customer service and retail skills
- Positive, “can-do” energy
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Background check and drug screen (we’re all about safety)
