What You'll Be Up To:● Chatting with customers and helping them find the right wellness products● Running the cash register and navigating tablets/tech like a pro● Keeping the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready to impress● Lifting, moving, kneeling, and squatting—we call it “paid exercise”● Sharing product knowledge and making smart suggestions (hello, upsells!) ● Contributing to team goals and high-fiving when we hit them● Opening and closing the store (like a boss)● Joining lunch-and-learns (yep, free food + wellness education = winning)● Attending the occasional fun community event to promote NHC Why You’ll Love It Here:● $18.00/hour starting pay● Health certifications and licenses are immediately eligible for pay increases startingfrom $2/hr to $4/hr i.e. Certified Health Coach, Registered Dietitian, etc.● Monthly bonus potential**● Extra pay for weekends: +$2/hour for Saturdays, +$4/hour for Sundays● Employee Discount on our merchandise at 35% lower than retail prices, on average,on 20,000+ natural health products● 401(k) with an up to 4% company match● PTO that grows with your time here● Paid holidays● YMCA membership discount● Perks At Work discount platform● Free product samples & education during lunch-and-learns● Job stability – health and wellness isn’t going anywhere● And most of all – purpose. We help people feel better every single day.We’re open 7 days a week, and this role is part-time with hours ranging from 8:45am to 7:15pm,with rotating weekend shifts required.Store Hours:Mon–Fri: 9 AM – 7 PMSat: 9 AM – 5 PMSun: 10 AM – 4 PMYou may be scheduled up to 15 minutes before or after hours for open/close. What You’ll Need:● Be at least 18 years old● Passion for wellness and nutrition● Excellent customer service and retail skills● Positive, “can-do” energy● Authorization to work in the U.S.● Background check and drug screen (we’re all about safety)
