Wellness Nurse (CA)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to residents
• Participate in training of care staff
• Cookise resident care with residents, families, and physicians
• Communicate care plan changes to staff
• Communicate with families and physicians
• Documentation and Investigation Reporting
• Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessments
• Wound care
• Audit eMARS, medication cart
• Maintain accurate resident health records
• Medication Management

Qualifications

• RN License that is active and in good standing
• An outstanding communication skills
• A willingness to take 2-step TB tests
