• Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and memorable Liberty experience for every customer
• Foster a warm and knowledgeable environment that encourages repeat visits
• Share a comprehensive knowledge of cannabis-related topics, current trends, and provide valuable information to customers
• Contribute to an inclusive and productive team environment

Requirements

• Passion for cannabis and helping others experience its value
• Friendly, exceptional customer service with excellent communication skills
• Welcoming and inclusive attitude; value individual differences and love being part of a winning team
• Experience operating a point-of-sale system and cash handling
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and multi-task, handling multiple responsibilities efficiently
