Responsibilities

• Welcome every patient with outstanding customer service
• Build relationships that create loyal, lifelong patients
• Confidently present and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages
• Maintain accurate patient records and process payments
• Re-engage inactive patients and follow up with leads
• Avoid unnecessary interruptions to the clinic workflow
• Assist with local marketing events and community outreach
• Work closely with chiropractors and teammates to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Requirements

• Sales experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work at both our Madison at Colony Crossing and Flowood clinics
