Responsibilities
- Assists in collecting the documents and required forms needed for the new residents' admission by collaborating with the sales team
- Ensures state compliance with the initial chart and resident file setup
- Aids in DHW audits and state-specific team member training as needed
- Aids in state inspections/surveys and collection of required documentation for surveys
- Aids in managing interview scheduling for the department and ongoing hiring
- Aids in managing call-offs and scheduling during the day
- Performs other duties as assigned by the DHW and Executive Director
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A valid driver's license
- To read and comprehend simple instructions and write short correspondence via email or other methods
- To have attention to detail and possess working knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office
- To be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- To be able to problem solve and apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

Background Screening Requirement
