Wellness Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local representation of national brands and crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap.
• Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap and its services and products.
• Use approved promotional materials to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap.
• Create local and corporate partnerships alongside the supervisor.

Requirements

• A strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and desire to learn.
• Leadership, efficient time management, persuasive communication skills, diverse in approach, able to recognize ways to capitalize on marketing efforts, and ensure outstanding client service.
• Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent along with a proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hands-on marketing and creative yet strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Build good relationships with clients and understand their needs as a client.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements and make product/service recommendations.
• Multi-task by juggling cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Schedule

Full-time position with hybrid scheduling including 20 hours marketing in the field and 15-18 hours in the salon.
