Wellness Attendant

Available shifts: Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–1 p.m., occasional weekends.

Pay

Starting rate: $11.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide service in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes healthy member well-being and engagement.
• Experience working with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions.
• Background in exercise science or related field preferred, but willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with members.
• Maintain working knowledge of wellness trends.
• Maintain a safe environment and functioning exercise equipment.
• Take initiative to help members reach their goals.
• Monitor Wellness Center as directed.
