We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Position Summary" and then "Essential Functions", "Qualifications", "Technical Skills And Knowledge", "Physical Demands", "Work Environment", "About YMCA of Greater Cleveland". Also there is mention of benefits: "free membership... Additional employee discounts... Eligible employees receive comprehensive Benefits Plan including Health, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Plan, Retirement 9% paid by the YMCA of Greater Cleveland and paid vacation." That's benefits. Pay not mentioned. Schedule not mentioned. So we include sections: About the role? The posting has "Position Summary" which is a summary. Could treat as About the role. Use for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly.
We have:
- Position Summary: could be About the role.
- Essential Functions: Responsibilities.
- Qualifications: Qualifications (education, certifications). Could also include Technical Skills And Knowledge as Skills.
- Physical Demands and Work Environment maybe part of Requirements? But we can include as separate sections? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Physical Demands and Work Environment into Requirements or maybe into a "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings are limited to those list. We could put Physical Demands and Work Environment under Requirements (maybe as a subsection). But we must use only those headings. We can still include paragraphs under those headings.
Thus sections:
- About the role (Position Summary)
- Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Requirements (Qualifications + Physical Demands + Work Environment) maybe.
- Skills (Technical Skills And Knowledge)
- Benefits (benefits description)
We should not include Pay or Schedule as they are not present.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. Must include all details from the posting.

We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. Must include all details from the posting.
We need to format lists with - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities (essential functions) we need to list each duty as
- . For Requirements (qualifications) we need list items for education, certifications, etc. For Skills list items. For Benefits list items.
We need to preserve prose where appropriate: maybe some paragraphs not list.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes a disclaimer at end: "Disclamimer The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only..." That's boilerplate; we should remove it. Also the "About YMCA of Greater Cleveland:" paragraph includes benefits; we need to keep benefits but maybe not the vision statement? The vision statement is part of About YMCA; but we might keep as part of About the role? Actually the "About YMCA of Greater Cleveland:" includes vision and benefits. The vision statement is not required for the job but is substantive? It's about the organization; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But we already have About the role from Position Summary. Could merge? However we must not invent headings. We could include a paragraph under About the role that includes the mission statement from beginning: "At the Y, our mission is to put Christian principles into practice..." That's at start. Then the Position Summary. Then maybe we could also include the vision statement as part of About the role? But we risk duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the mission statement and the vision statement. They are substantive. We can include them in About the role section as prose.
Thus About the role will contain:
- Mission statement: "At the Y, our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Join our Greater Cleveland YMCA team in living our cause and helping to provide quality, safe and healthy programs and services in our community."
- Position Summary paragraph: "The Group Exercise Instructor is responsible for the design and instruction of safe, high-quality, effective, challenging, and fun group exercise classes as determined by the class format and description."
We can combine into one or two paragraphs.
Responsibilities: list all essential functions bullet points.
We need to extract each duty from the "Essential Functions" paragraph which is a long sentence with many items separated by periods. We'll split into logical items.
Let's list them:

We also have the vision statement: "Our vision is to be the premier community-based, charitable organization that embraces collaborations to build strong kids, strong families and strong communities." That's part of About YMCA of Greater Cleveland. Should we include it? It's substantive. Could be placed in About the role as well.
Thus About the role will contain mission statement, position summary, and vision statement maybe.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Group Exercise Instructor; we won't add heading.
Now produce HTML fragment:
