Essential Job Functions

• Follows the correct sequence of service at all times.
• Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift.
• Aid other servers in providing the best possible service.
• Perform necessary assigned work.
• Handle guest receipts according to internal casino/resort policy.
• Ensure proper uniform attire and name tag are worn.
• Serve all food/beverages as per room standards.
• Remain current on casino/resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• Provide service to internal and external customers that reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Immediately inform on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Job Qualifications

• Experience Required: Previous food service experience preferred.
• Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required

• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Understands and complies with all company and departmental rules and regulations.

Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required

• Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit. (19 years plus 1 day minimum).
