Wellington's Server Assistant

Essential Job Functions

• Follows the correct sequence of service at all times.
• Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift.
• Aid other servers in providing excellent service.
• Perform necessary assigned tasks.
• Handle guest receipts according to internal casino/resort policy.
• Ensure proper uniform attire and name tag are worn.
• Serve food/beverages as per room standards.
• Stay updated on casino/resort events and hours of operation.
• Provide service that reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Inform on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity.
• Report such violations pursuant to the company Self-Reporting Policy.

• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
