Wellbeing Coordinator (SPA)

About the role

Join our team as a Wellbeing Coordinator in the Halehouse Spa and help bring to life the Joy of Wellbeing that is unique to Auberge. At Stanly Ranch, transformative wellbeing defines our approach to the Joy that we bring our guests, members, and residents. The Wellbeing Coordinator provides an exceptional environment in spa, fitness, and retail to enhance the guest's visit.

Responsibilities

• Schedule treatments, meet and greet guests, sell merchandise, and check on fitness areas.
• Maintain the Spa and Fitness Center areas in spotless condition and upkeep common areas between appointments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of treatments and recommend suggestive selling.
• Process spa reservations, billing, and greet all guests as they arrive and depart from their treatments.
• Support all aspects of retail: guest assistance, product display, suggestive selling, and merchandising.
• Handle guest complaints or problems immediately, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Communicate all relevant information to management to ensure coordination across departments.
• Use good judgement and maintain discretion and diplomacy while performing job duties.
• Participate in all designated programs, meetings, and training.

Requirements

• RBS - Alcohol Training Certification (required within 30 days of hire).
• Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry, spa and wellness industry, or retail industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an outgoing team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior customer service or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Combination of education and work experience.

Pay

The starting range for this position is $21.50 per hour. This is the pay rate Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on experience and education.
