WELDING TECHNOLOGY INSTRUCTORL

About the role

The instructor will be responsible for developing and implementing a learning sequence that will prepare secondary students for certification testing and employability in the welding field. Preference will be given to qualified candidates with an active PDE Certification in Welding Technology/Welder OR possess the ability to attain certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a learning sequence for secondary students in welding technology
• Prepare students for certification testing and employment in the welding field
• Possess an active PDE Certification in Welding Technology/Welder OR have the ability to attain certification
• Active certification as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) is preferred
• Experience teaching in a CTE environment is preferred
