Welding Supervisor

About the role

WB Industries is seeking a 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor in O’Fallon, MO to join their skilled team. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available to well-qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a skilled team performing fittings, fabrication, and welding assemblies
• Maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and process awareness on every project
• Ensure solid fit-up and clean welds that meet quality standards

Requirements

• Welding and fitting experience, including Seel MIG and Flux Core
• Leadership and working supervisor experience
• Ability to read blueprints and a tape measure confidently
• Familiarity with weldments and shop processes
• Maintain excellent attendance

Pay

Up to $40/hour based on experience and demonstrated fabrication ability, plus a $2/hour shift differential bonus for working the 2nd shift.

Schedule

Consistent 2nd shift schedule with 3-day weekends: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 pm – 5:00 am.
