Welding Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Review and interpret welding procedures, codes, and standards.
• Identify and address welding defects.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and contractors.
• Deliver excellent work while ensuring the integrity and safety of natural gas distribution projects through thorough inspections and quality assurance processes.
• Enjoy working in the field and solving challenges in real-time.

Requirements

• Certification such as CWI or CPWI is required for this position.
• Prior welding experience in gas pipeline construction or maintenance is essential.
• We welcome candidates with strong field experience and a solid understanding of welding practices in utility environments.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
