Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of engineering solutions.
• Conduct analysis and evaluations of systems and components.
• Assist in testing procedures and interpret results.
• Help prepare technical specifications and documentation.
• With guidance, begin to independently evaluate and apply various engineering techniques and procedures.
• Use sound judgment to assist in adapting and modifying standard methods to address new or unfamiliar tasks.
• Learn to select appropriate tools and criteria for solving technical problems, especially those that require creative or non-routine approaches.

Requirements

• Pursuing a BS (Junior/Senior), MS, or PhD in Welding Engineering.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication.
• Passion for innovation in clean, safe energy.

Pay

Salary: $24.70–$32.30 hourly, with the opportunity to receive performance bonuses.
