Welders

We are looking for a Welder to join our Charlotte, NC plant. You will contribute to America’s essential infrastructure, including drainage systems, pipe, bridges, structures, and stormwater management.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures to ensure accurate welding.
• Use templates, patterns, scribes, etc. to mark and lay out material.
• Align and assemble products for welding using cranes, lever hoists, chains, etc.
• Use cutting or plasma torches to burn to precision layouts.
• Adhere to safety protocols to create a secure work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG and Stick welding.
• Technical training or welding experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with precision instruments.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
