We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Include only sections with real specific content. We need to parse the posting. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe from brief description), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (education, experience, skills), Benefits (list of benefits), maybe Pay? The posting mentions "Market-Competitive Salaries" but not specific numbers. The rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It says "Market-Competitive Salaries" is a statement about pay but not specific numbers. Is that enough? It says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The phrase "Market-Competitive Salaries" is a statement about pay, albeit vague. Should we include a Pay section? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Also "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". "Market-Competitive Salaries" is somewhat vague but not exactly placeholder like "commensurate with experience". It's a statement that they offer competitive salaries. Might be considered substantive enough? However, they didn't give a range or number. The rule says do not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "Market-Competitive Salaries". That is a statement about pay. I'd include a Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: The posting mentions "Positions available first shift weekends." That indicates schedule: first shift weekends. So we can include Schedule section with that. Benefits: They list many benefits: paid time off, affordable health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, disability insurance, free virtual doctor visits, tuition reimbursement. So Benefits section. Now we need to decide headings: About the role (maybe from brief description). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (education, experience, skills). Benefits. Pay. Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We need to use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific certifications, etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is "EOE/Drug Free Workplace". That's EEO boilerplate; should be removed. Also "At Mazzella, we're more than just a company..." is part of summary; we can keep as About the role? Actually that is more about company culture; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About Mazzella". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put company summary under About the role. That seems okay. We need to avoid duplication: The brief description and responsibilities may overlap; we should keep distinct. Let's extract: About the role (prose): "Positions available first shift weekends. The Welder must be capable of performing a variety of welding functions. The individual should be familiar with and capable of using various types of welding equipment. A welder is also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervision deems necessary." plus maybe the company summary: "At Mazzella, we're more than just a company – we're a family. With over 1000 employees and 30 locations, we lead the industry with humility and dedication to our people. When you join us, you become part of a team-oriented environment where your well-being and growth are our top priorities." plus the "Why Join Mazzella?" bullet points? Those are benefits/culture; but we already have Benefits and maybe we could incorporate some of those under Benefits. The "Why Join Mazzella?" includes Team-Oriented Environment, Work-Life Balance, Growth and Development, Humble, Hungry, Smart Culture, Market-Competitive Salaries, Comprehensive Benefits, Free Virtual Doctor Visits, Tuition Reimbursement, Core Values. Some of those are benefits, some are culture. We could incorporate them into Benefits (Comprehensive Benefits, Free Virtual Doctor Visits, Tuition Reimbursement) and Pay (Market-Competitive Salaries). The rest (Team-Oriented Environment, Work-Life Balance, Growth and Development, Humble, Hungry, Smart Culture) could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for culture. Could put them under About the role as prose. Thus About the role will contain: brief description + company summary + culture points. Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet list after brief description). We'll put each as

    • . Requirements: Education, Experience & Skills, etc. We'll make a list. Benefits: list of benefits: paid time off, affordable health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, disability insurance, free virtual doctor visits, tuition reimbursement. Pay: "Market-Competitive Salaries" (maybe also mention that compensation recognizes contributions). We'll put as prose. Schedule: "Positions available first shift weekends." Actually that's already in About the role; but we could also put schedule specifics: first shift weekends. We'll put as prose. We must not repeat info unnecessarily but it's okay if some overlap? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all info; duplication may be okay but better to avoid duplication. However, the schedule info appears in brief description; we could keep it only in Schedule section and not repeat in About the role. But About the role currently includes brief description; we could move schedule to Schedule section and adjust About the role to exclude that sentence. Let's see. Brief Description: "Positions available first shift weekends. The Welder must be capable of performing a variety of welding functions. The individual should be familiar with and capable of using various types of welding equipment. A welder is also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervision deems necessary." We could split: first sentence about schedule goes to Schedule; rest to About the role. Thus About the role: "The Welder must be capable of performing a variety of welding functions. The individual should be familiar with and capable of using various types of welding equipment. A welder is also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervision deems necessary." plus company summary and culture points. Now schedule: "Positions available first shift weekends." Now responsibilities list. Now requirements list. Now benefits list. Now pay: "Market-Competitive Salaries: Receive compensation that recognizes your contributions and reflects our commitment to fair and competitive pay." Actually that sentence is from the Why Join Mazzella section. We'll include that as prose. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EOE/Drug Free Workplace. Remove. Now produce HTML
