Welder-Night Shift

About the role

Westmor Industries is seeking a skilled welder to join our team to take on a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will follow safety procedures, maintain an organized workspace, and adhere to appropriate weld procedures. Training will be provided for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprint drawings and dimension styles
• Preparing weld surfaces as required
• Setting up correct welder settings
• Welding according to appropriate codes and procedures
• Following safe operating procedures for overhead cranes, forklifts, and other machinery
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Ability to complete tasks according to planned schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $20–$26 per hour. Final compensation will depend on skills, experience, and location. Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 pm to 5:00 am
