Maintenance Tech/ Welder
Jennmar Services is seeking Maintenance Technicians and Welders to join their team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant in Graysville, PA. Positions are full-time, offering steady hours, competitive pay, benefits, and career growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical repairs on prep plant machinery as needed
- Welding and torching as needed (preferred, not required)
- Fabrication and grinding as needed (preferred, not required)
- General labor and maintenance support where needed
- Follow all safety procedures and other duties as assigned
Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 9:00pm- 7:00AM
- 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) + overtime as available

Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- MSHA Surface certification (training provided if needed)
- Able to work shifts including weekends/holidays
- Must pass background check, drug & alcohol screening, and hair-follicle test
