Welder/Maintenance Crew Lead- Prep Plant

Description of Maintenance/Welder Crew Team Lead

Working and maintaining all prep plant machinery as necessary.
Welding and torching when needed.
General Labor & Maintenance Work Where Needed.
Oversee team functions and enforce safety standards.
Report any accident/ injuries/ near misses/ absences/ resignations to the leadership team.

Schedule of Maintenance/Welder Crew Team Lead

Day Shift: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (4 on, 3 off, 10-hour shift)
Night Shift: 9:00 pm - 7:00 am (10-hour shift)
Overtime Available

Job Requirements of Maintenance/Welder Crew Team Lead

• Previous maintenance experience required
• Previous welding experience required
• Previous supervisor/lead experience preferred
• MSHA Surface Training (Will be provided)
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays required.
• Able to pass background check, drug & alcohol testing and hair follicle test required.
• Basic hand tool experience
