About the role
We are seeking a Welder IV to join our Manufacturing team at Cummins Inc. in Fletcher, NC. This role supports manufacturing business needs with comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Stop work and report major injury hazards immediately to maintain a safe work environment.
- Report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards to promote overall workplace health.
- Adhere to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain high safety and environmental standards.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment and look out for one another to enhance team safety.
- Apply high standards of workmanship and perform quality inspections to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system and support equipment failure analysis to maintain operational efficiency.
- Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with your team and participate in training and development to foster a collaborative and skilled workforce.

Qualifications

Benefits
Group 2 Housings Shift Premium: $1.00/hr
Pay
