About the role
We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Producing high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications.
- Determining appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.
- Performing first-piece checks and submitting parts for quality assurance inspection.
- Maintaining production records to ensure the correct quantity of parts is produced.
- Organizing work based on complexity, method, and anticipated completion time for efficient processing.
- Adhering to safety protocols and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Proficiency with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
