About the role

We are seeking an experienced MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join a dedicated weld team in a customer-focused environment. The role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently, interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, and ensuring materials meet specifications. The position is based in Olathe, KS, requiring in-person work and relocation prior to start. This is a full-time role focused on quality, efficiency, and safety in a growing, employee-owned company.
