Welder 2nd Shift

Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:30am (+ $3.00 per hour shift differential)

About the role

Fabrication welders are needed for welding sheet metal. GMAW primarily involves Galvanneal, with some welding of aluminum and stainless steel (experience is helpful but not required). Set up equipment to MIG weld mild steel, stainless, and aluminum metals. Interpret and understand weld symbols on prints with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Able to use measuring equipment: tape measure, micrometer, square, etc.
• Understand mathematics to verify job requirements and print specifications.
• Hold high quality standards to meet customer specifications.
• Follow company policy and standards.
• Keep work centers clean and orderly.
• Able to take and follow directives.

Requirements

• 1+ years Fabrication/Manufacturing experience.
• 1+ years MIG welding experience.

Desired Qualities

• Ability to work and function as a team.
• Self-motivated and can work without much supervision.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal).
• Safety-minded and prioritizes safety while performing job duties.

Pay

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour + $3.00 per hour shift differential
