Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the correct welding process for each product.
- Select appropriate welding equipment and determine the proper welding sequence.
- Weld components to meet customer specifications and verify weld integrity using non-destructive testing methods.
- Accurately record completed quantities and production data in the ERP system.
- Measure final products to ensure conformance with customer blueprints.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance as assigned.
- Promote safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous quality improvement in accordance with company policies.
- Exhibit leadership through integrity, initiative, and teamwork; foster a respectful and positive workplace culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of welding experience.
- Strong blueprint reading skills and knowledge of weld symbols.

- Pay Range: $19– $30 per hour, based on experience.
