Responsibilities
- Design and manufacture metal components using laser cutting, turret press, forming, and welding techniques.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for customer projects.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in metal fabrication and/or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Experience with laser cutting, turret press, forming, and welding processes.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and ISO standards.
- Understanding of material properties and selection criteria.
Skills
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
