Compensation

Sign‑on bonus of $1,500 paid in two installments: $750 after 3 months and $750 after 6 months. Pay depends on experience and job knowledge.

Schedule

• 2nd shift: four 10‑hour days, Monday‑Thursday, with a 15% shift differential.
• Weekend shift: three 12‑hour days, Friday‑Sunday, with a 15% shift differential; work 36 hours and get paid for 40.

Qualifications

• Comprehension of welding symbols.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Familiar and capable of performing multiple welding techniques.
• Fit‑up experience preferred.
• Ability to pass 2G GMAW and 2G MCAW proficiency tests.
• Ability to inspect weld conformity.
• Can weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
