Weld Shop Staff

About the role

Interstate has been an industry leader since 1995, known for manufacturing and selling cargo trailers that meet both personal and commercial needs. The Welder position supports valued customers and their production teams by contributing to the high-quality construction process of Interstate Trailers. This includes welding raw materials in one of five cells designed to construct exceptional trailer frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex build orders to prepare and construct standard and custom trailers to appropriate specifications.
• Capably handle related power tools such as a grinder, chop saw, Oxygen and Acetylene torch, and other general hand tools.
• Contribute to the high quality control standards of all finished work production.
• Learn and become proficient in other production roles to support the entire production team as needed.

Pay

Capable welders in Kingman can earn over $19 per hour with our group rate incentives.

Schedule

A 4-day work week allowing more personal time.
