Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests upon arrival to the club, creating a positive first impression.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a hospitality-driven, luxury environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Book appointments and reservations for members.
• Anticipate and respond to member needs with attentiveness and follow-through.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as required.
• Answer and transfer phone calls.
• Provide the membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information.
• Walk through the facility to greet members, pick up abandoned towels, and keep floors clear of debris.

Requirements

• 16 years of age or older.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Punctuality and ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to handle unpleasant or angry individuals and problem-solve difficult situations.
• Adaptability in a frequently changing environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Capable of using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects/tools, and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• U.S. work authorization (required).

Schedule

Multiple shifts available:

• Day shifts: 8am–12pm, 12pm–4pm, or 8am–4pm
• Evening shifts: 4pm–close
• Weekend shifts: 6:15am–1pm, 8am–2pm, or 1pm–5:30pm

Pay

$12.00 – $13.00 per hour
