Weight Sealer

Responsibilities

• Perform high end measurements, calibrations, and tests on weights for various customers.
• Maintain Rice Lake’s standards and measurement equipment according to work instructions.
• Ensure all measurement services meet strict standards and customer expectations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team to maintain industry leading turnaround times.
• Conduct work within a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art Metrology Lab setting.

Requirements

• Good mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and algebra.
• Strong knowledge of metric conversions.
• A strong attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good number recognition skills.
• Strong computer skills and experience with new software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No current restrictions preventing regular lifting of up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to read and speak English.
