Weekly Evening/Saturday Service Lane Assistant and Loaner Car Manager

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane
• Schedule service appointments efficiently
• Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
• Manage the loaner fleet - clean, prep, and make loaner vehicle agreements for customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service all day - you will be the first and last impression for our Saturday guests

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal communication skills - you must love talking to customers all day
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right person!
