Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Administer medications & treatments
- Assess patient condition
- Educate families and caregivers
- Follow plan of care
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (TX)
- Current CPR certification
Qualifications
- Preferred: Pediatric home health experience
- Preferred: Trach and/or ventilator experience
- New graduates welcome

Pay
Pay Range: $19‑$36/hr
Schedule
Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities; flexible scheduling based on availability; 8, 10, 12, or 16‑hour shifts available.
