About the Role

As a Weekend Warrior at Merriam Gardens, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and patients. You'll work four shifts on weekends, including days and evenings, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Weekend Warriors are dedicated to providing top-quality medical care, demonstrating a strong commitment to our residents' well-being and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medications, treatments, and vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in shift report and communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements

• 0 years of experience in healthcare (new grads welcome!)
• High school diploma or equivalent required (n/a for current students/interns)
