Work 5 weekends in a row (Saturday & Sunday), and get the 6th weekend off! Our facility is a 170-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care center thoughtfully designed with beautiful common spaces, creating a welcoming, home-like environment for residents and staff. Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state of Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay

• RN Pay: $55 an hour
• LPN Pay: $50 an hour
