Weekend Warrior - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, comfort, and mobility
• Support the implementation of individualized care plans
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Foster respectful and compassionate relationships with residents
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to ensure quality care
• Promote dignity, safety, and well-being in a faith-informed environment
