Responsibilities
- Provides direct care to residents including feeding, bathing, grooming, and medication administration.
- Maintains a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Assists with activities of daily living as needed.
- Communicates effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintains confidentiality and complies with all HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
- Current Missouri certification/registration to practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
