Weekend Warrior CNA

About the role

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a 324‑bed long‑term care community committed to providing compassionate, high‑quality care to residents. We are seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weekend Warrior Program, offering an additional $4.00 per hour weekend differential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, person‑centered care while respecting each resident’s dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification required.
• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled weekend shifts.

Schedule

Weekend shift opportunities:

• 12‑Hour Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (reliable transportation required).
• 8‑Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
