Weekend Warrior CNA

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a 324-bed long-term care community committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Weekend Warrior Program.

About the role

As a Weekend Warrior CNA, you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while receiving an additional $4.00 per hour weekend differential.

Schedule

Weekend shift opportunities:

• 12-Hour Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Reliable transportation required.)
• 8-Hour Shifts:
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care while respecting each resident’s dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification required
• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled weekend shifts
